I most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at Great Place to Work, the global analytics firm behind the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For and World's Best Workplaces lists. In that role, I drew on insights from over 21,000 organizations and 20 million employees across 170+ countries to advise C-suite leaders navigating transformation.
My work has taken me inside major global organizations — spanning professional sports, technology, automotive, consumer goods, food retail, chemicals, and financial services — where I advise senior leaders on culture, leadership capability, and the human dimensions of major strategic change. I've also led cohorts of executives specifically focused on AI's impact on leadership and the workforce.
Before that, I spent over 20 years at a Fortune 100 company, leading complex business units across Finance, Sales, and Marketing. Those years taught me what leadership actually looks and feels like from the inside — not from the outside looking in.
Traditional leadership models operate with mechanistic thinking: "If we move or change this, then we can expect these types of outcomes." This approach assumes predictability and control. But people, systems, and our world are far too complex for such rigid formulas.
Effective leadership must become contextual — understanding that what works in one situation may fail in another. Leaders must create conditions for growth, adapt to context, and respond to the unique needs of each person and moment.
The AI era accelerates this need. We stand at a crossroads: use AI to mechanize human potential, or create conditions where human creativity and AI capability amplify each other. The leaders who understand this — and who have done the inner work to lead consciously — will define what's possible in the next decade of business.
Assumes predictability, control, and linear cause-and-effect. Works in stable environments, fails in complex ones.
Adaptive, situational, and human-centered. Creates conditions for excellence by responding to the unique needs of each person and moment.
"This is not just professional ambition — this is a calling."
I've spent my entire adult life in the corporate environment, leading teams across operations, finance, sales, marketing, and technology. I've navigated the complexity of global organizations, worked with leaders at the heights of their industries, and sat with people in the hardest moments of their careers.
I've also been the person who needed to redesign what came next. Multiple times. That experience — the discomfort, the clarity that eventually comes, and the courage required to act — is part of what I bring to every coaching relationship.
Conscious, intentional, and regenerative leadership creates the conditions for people, organizations, and communities to flourish. That's the work I'm here to do.
Leadership coaching develops the executive. Life Design coaching develops the person. Both matter — and for many of my clients, they're inseparable.
After experiencing several of my own career pivots, I discovered the Designing Your Life methodology and immediately recognized what I'd been doing intuitively — and what I wished I'd had structured support for earlier. I pursued Stanford certification because I believe in the methodology deeply, and because it completes the picture of whole-person coaching.
